| Timber Trusses Timber Frame Trusses can be erected on either conventional 2x stud, log, masonry or structural insulated-panel wall systems. Trusses are preassembled in our shop and shipped either preassembled or dis-assembled with all parts labeled for easy reassembly on site by you or your contractor. In addition, site assistance is available for large or complex roof systems. * Everything is engineered and crafted for your project. * We work in all styles of timber frame construction. * We use most species of domestic and recycled woods. * Our specialty is traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery. * Other options include concealed or decorative steel fastening systems.
Enclosing Systems Ridge beams and common rafters or horizontal purlins may be incorporated with trusses to form a roof system enabling wider spacing between trusses. In a wood ceiling 2 x 6 tongue and groove decking is installed above the trusses. For a paintable ceiling, structural foam core panels can be used with or without purlins. |
